It's a truly varied caseload and is ideally suiting a qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE, with residential/commercial property experience including a deep understanding of all elements of conveyancing.
A familiarity with leasehold and freehold agreements and all aspects of managing these would be very useful, and any exposure to possession proceedings and ability to manage these strategically for optimal results - including coordinating litigation with external support - would be equally welcomed, as would any knowledge of property related financing transactions.
