FPSG are pleased to offer multiple opportunities for Contact Centre Agents to join a growing Team of Call-handling Agents who deal with inbound calls exclusively for a major banking Client.
The roles themselves are based on-site, in the Newcastle area, so please note that these are NOT remote working opportunities to be based from home, etc.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have got excellent communication skills in English, with a telephone manner which will help provide the level of service to inbound calling Customers that they will be impressed by.
Banking experience, within previous roles is not essential.
We are, however, open-minded to those who have been exposed to call-handling roles previously and can demonstrate the ability to deal with empathy and patience when dealing with Customer queries in a professional manner.
It may be you have either had previous commercial experience in a telephone-based role, or are looking to build on experience from Customer Service roles where dealing with the public, or customers who needed advice and support, was part of your day-to-day role.

Working Hours:
