With a dedicated, passionate and skilled team, we offer an agreed person-centred level of support.This exciting role will support our young people, living in a dedicated HUB of 11 self-contained apartments, improve their quality of life.
Managing a team in supporting our young people in using our services and providing direct support to individuals or groups of individuals, this includes supporting life skills, health and wellbeing, access to education, training and employment.
To ensure that tenancies/licences are adhered to and that the housing provided is of optimum quality.Main Responsibilities:
As the HUB Manager you will ensure and exceed compliance requirements of the Ofsted Supported Accommodation Regulations and its Outcomes.Adhere to, uphold and exemplify the organisations core valuesTo monitor the work of the Specialist Support Workers.Assist in ensuring that all staff are familiar, understand and adhere to all relevant statutory policy and procedural guidelines and Ofsted regulations for Supported Living AccommodationLiaise with all relevant agencies and attend meetings as requiredTo ensure that a high-quality housing and support service is provided, and residents are effectively helped to develop the skills and confidence needed for independent living and improved quality of life.
