The Client:

The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role within the team, contributing to diverse projects from their inception to final completion.
Responsibilities:
* Creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
* Compiling Sub-contractor Tender Packs
* Conducting Tender Analysis
* Assisting in Bank Cashflow Forecasting and Project Costings (LCC)
* Familiarity with JCT Contracts and Sub-contractor Contracts
* Performing Valuation Analysis
* Project Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR)
* Oversight of Client and Contractor Variations
* Preparation of Monthly Payment Schedules
Requirements:
* Previously worked for 2 years as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
* Possess relevant degree or professional qualification
* Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
