Experience working with General Contractors preferred.
An Assistant Superintendent with Stonhard is responsible for site supervision and installation of Stonhard products on projects within an assigned territory. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone who is detailed, a hands-on project leader and a problem solver. BS Construction Management or BS Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) and 1-2 years related experience in industrial or commercial construction/project management. Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.
(Daily driving approx.
20% & travel within sales region, approx.
50%).
Some weekends required. Strong communication and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of construction safety regulations. JOB PURPOSE:
The Manager, Business Process Improvement is a new role that is being created to help Rust-Oleum become a more process focused organization.
This role will be responsible for helping the organization develop and improve our processes to help our business operate more effectively.
You will be working with our process owners, subject matter experts and functional leaders across the organization in driving sustainable process improvements, using our Four D's of process - Define, Design, Document and Discipline.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide thought leadership to the organizations process strategies and approaches. Identify and lead opportunities to improve business processes across the company. Work with the process and functional owners to ensure process designs are thorough and robust and performing at expected levels. Ensure effective implementation of processes by creating and executing on change management plans. QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven leadership skills and experience in a high performing organizations. 5-15 years broad job experience in multiple functions to provide a well-rounded perspective on business functions. At least 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement methodologies in a commercial and/or back-office setting (not just manufacturing) Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field, ie.
Engineering, accounting, finance, etc. Six-Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.
Skilled at mapping and documentation of processes Strong project management/ PMO skills to ensure effective management of initiatives and effective follow-up Experienced in process auditing. Proven ability to apply process improvement & design techniques across wide variety of functions and processes and deliver successful outcomes. Ability to coach and develop these skills in others. Fill completed batches into appropriate containers or onto tanker for shipping purposes, following appropriate procedures for different fill-off methods as indicated on batch ticket.
Seal and apply appropriate labeling to containers as indicated on batch tickets.
Move finished goods to finished goods warehouse for shipping.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

Publish Project Schedule. Assists Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Engages with Project Superintendent to provide necessary project information. Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Field Resources Inspector JOB DESCRIPTION The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.

This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
