Our Metocean Measurements department is now seeking Project Managers to join the team based from either our Wallingford or Portchester offices.
The team specialise in monitoring, measuring and providing advice on physical oceanography, predominantly for offshore renewables, oil & gas and coastal infrastructure projects in Europe and Africa.

Project management responsibilities for metocean projects, maximising productivity and efficiency This would include client contact, financial management, decision making, safety planning, equipment and vessel sourcing, project documentation;

Occasionally setting up survey equipment, preparing moorings, working onboard vessels, deploying equipment, collecting data;
Writing technical and operational reports;
Organising & occasionally conducting survey work; discussions with vessel companies / skippers regarding planned operations; tides, weather, methods etc.
Who we're looking for:
Essential
Transferable, relatable project management experience;
Good English language skills, verbal and written;
Excellent computer literacy, including working experience of Microsoft Office;
Excellent attention to detail, quality and safety;
Able to occasionally work offshore for periods of 1-7 days for UK based work and 1-2 weeks for overseas work.
Desirable
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Oceanography or closely-related subject is desirable but not essential;
An APM Project Management qualification is desirable.
To have held a supervisory or senior position within the industry;
