You will work with a full multidisciplinary team in a coordinated way to support each service user develop their skills and move through our clinical model of care from admission to discharge

Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Reablement Operations Manager in Greenwich
We are looking for a Reablement Operations Manager to oversee the management of the team including social care and therapy staff in line with the service plan and associated standards.
Main Responsibilities
As a Reablement Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Develop policies, processes and the overall successful delivery of a high quality, prompt and effective reablement service and to ensure effective services for Greenwich residents through appropriate consideration and assessment of risks.
Deliver a Reablement service that has clearly set goals, reviewed appropriately, and closed in a timely manner.
Produce regular reports and identify performance issues, take timely action to remedy and resolve performance issues.
Ensure the team is led effectively and efficiently in line with Council/Oxleas guidance and policies.
Requirements:
Therapy Degree related to professional role.
Enhanced DBS
Experience of working to support and plan the process of preparing for CQC Inspections, and using the outcome of previous Inspections to improve service delivery.

Being the point of contact with the tax authorities for VAT and Intrastat returns.
Challenging the norm and ensuring high quality financial controls are in place and standardising procedures across the business.
Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
Liaising with Third Party suppliers and the bank on day-to-day issues and occasionally being involved in resolving issues with Customers and External Suppliers.
The Finance Manager will be actively supporting the finance department and sales administration department, whose duties include:

Weekly/Monthly bank & credit card reconciliations, inc.

Daily posting of cash receipts and payments
Credit control.

THE PERSON:
Must have experience in a Management Accountant or Finance Manager role, or similar, within a Manufacturing or Engineering business.
Ideally with experience in an SME.
Must be either AAT Level 3, CIMA or ACCA Qualified.
Exceptional QBE candidates will be considered.
Worked as a number one or number two in a manufacturing or engineering environment and understands the disciplines of costing and stock.
