Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to work for our client based in Leicester LE5.We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead the support and accommodation team, providing care for children and young people aged 8 – 18 with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).
The successful candidate will oversee the management of all aspects of the 3 bed home, ensuring the highest standards of support, safety and individualised care.
This role requires a proactive leader capable of building a nurturing and supportive environment while working collaboratively with staff and external stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for the young people in care.Salary: £47,000 - £55,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)Duties of a Registered Manager will include:

Skills of a Registered Manager required:
Extensive experience supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)Proven leadership and team management abilities to inspire and guide staff effectively.Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and regulatory requirements in care servicesAbility to develop and implement individualised support plans with a focus on positive outcomesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with young people, families, staff, and external stakeholdersProblem-solving and resilience to handle challenges with a calm and solution-focused approachKnowledge of therapeutic and trauma-informed care methods
In order to be considered for the role of Registered Manager:
