About YouWe're looking for someone who not only has the experience but also shares the home's values.You'll ideally have:
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).A minimum of 5 years' experience within a residential care environment.Previous experience leading or mentoring a care team.Strong medication administration experience (essential).Excellent communication and organisational skills.A compassionate, patient and professional approach.Outstanding reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic.Confidence leading shifts and making informed decisions.Good IT and record-keeping skills.Flexibility to work days or nights.Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).Right to work in the UK.
