School Nurse (Part Time) – PortsmouthNurse Seekers are recruiting for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a friendly, supportive school community in Portsmouth.This is a part time role working afternoon shifts Monday to Friday during Term Time only.The successful School Nurse will play a key role in the school’s Health & Wellbeing Centre, providing first aid, emergency care and day-to-day clinical support to pupils and staff.
You’ll also work closely with parents, teachers and healthcare professionals to ensure pupils receive safe, responsive and holistic care.The School are looking for:
NMC-registered RGN, ideally equivalent to Band 6 or higherPaediatric, school nursing or child-focused experienceA calm, confident approach in an emergencyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSomeone approachable, caring and emotionally intelligentAbility to work autonomously while being a strong team player
