Job Title: Performance and Insight Analyst
Salary: £34,155
Hours: 37 hours per week
Type: 18 Moths Fixed Term Contract
Based: Sevenoaks, TN13

My client are looking for a Performance and Insight Analyst to support their organisation to make informed decisions based on data analysis, customer insight and resident involvement.

The performance and insight analyst will be responsible for the development of the performance reporting, integrity of data and development of measures to ensure they continue to improve

Role Responsibilities -
, Develop KPI performance management suite and supporting indicators to support delivery of the annual plan and wider strategic plan.

This includes ED&I data.
, Develop new metrics and evolve reporting arrangements including new ways to visualise data
, Responsible for research, benchmarking, and data analysis to assist with modelling future service provision including responding to requirements for benchmarking information.
, Produce data through the interrogation of systems, customer feedback and consultation to inform policy and service development that provides value for money for residents.
, Provide regular feedback of data issues and work with data owners to resolve them
, Support data owners to manage and use their data effectively
, Monitor performance and service delivery to help comply with legal, contractual and regulatory requirements and evolve KPIs as required.


, Provide analytic reports for senior managers and board to assist effective business decision making.



Essential Criteria -
, Prince 2, Six Sigma or other relevant formal training and accreditation is desireable
, Proven ability to communicate clearly and use the most appropriate style and method of communication with internal and external customers and stakeholders.


, Proven ability to take ownership of challenging and difficult conversations with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
, Proficient with Microsoft Office packages including Excel, and in-house bespoke systems.
, Ability to run, create and analyse reports with complex data sets.
, Demonstrable analytic skills of complex data sets to support performance management and policy decision making
, Ability to lead projects and support culture change programmes and motivate colleagues during periods of evolutionary change
