Support Worker - Autism

I am looking for permanent support workers who are looking to start an exciting new opportunity at a full-time position where you will provide support for adults who have autism.

You will play a key role in making a huge difference to someone's life and help them reach their aspirations through person centered care plans.


You will be located at a beautiful site in Caversham surrounded by six acres of stunning scenery, providing support to 16 adults.


My client is a specialist national charity that supports and care for vulnerable children and adults throughout the UK.



What's on offer:



  • An hourly pay is £9.28 for weekdays rising to £10.28 for weekends and bank holidays.

  • Mon-Fri shifts with alternate weekends.

  • No night shifts.

  • 35 hours

  • 33 days annual leave



To be considered for this role you must have the following:



  • Experience within an adult social care role preferably with autism

  • Genuine passion and desire to help others.

  • Resilience and dedication to your work

  • Ability to thrive in challenging situations.

  • To be a team player that can build relationships with clients, as well as staff.
