Administrator NHS

Service care Solutions are recruiting for an Administrator to work in Oxford on a temporary agency contract within the NHS.

Hours
Monday to Friday 9-5

Pay
£9.50PAYE an hour (£11.50Ltd) paid weekly via an umbrella company.

Brief description of role:
, To provide support with the compilation of reports, typing letters and correspondence when required and to be responsible for uploading patient information onto Carenotes and any other appropriate system in a timely manner.
, Answering the telephone, taking messages and processing enquiries.
, To use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook as required.


, To assist with the supervision, coaching and training of Junior Administrators in the team.
, To assist with reception duties for Out Patients departments when required.
, Checking that stationary supplies are adequately stocked and ordering when necessary.


, Contacting the Estates Department to carry out repairs, checking work has been undertaken to satisfaction.


, Keeping notice boards tidy and up to date and adding anything of interest or importance to staff.


, Managing the process of any charitable funds donations.


, Recording accidents and near misses on the Ulysses system.
, Keeping the Trust policies, procedures and fire book up to date

Qualifications or IT skills required: Good excel skills, good standard of general education.

, Enthusiasm and motivation
