Are you an experience Customer Success Manager with experience working in a SaaS company?

Are you a Customer Success Manager who is strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset?

The Company:

This SaaS company create Investigation Software for clients all over the world.

Working with the likes of Oxfam, Amazon, RFU and The Police, this SaaS company are on the hunt for their next Customer Success Manager.

They have over 70 clients working with them on small to large scale greenfield projects and are currently onboarding 20 new projects.

As their Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Customer Success to help clients achieve their business objectives that the product should enhance.

You will coach, maintain, and build the customer relationship straight from the sales team handover to help build client retention and produce great SaaS Management.

Customer Success Managers Responsibilities:

  • Control, build and enhance the customer onboarding journey.

  • Support the customer in their ‘Adoption' phase.

  • Work with established customers to help them find new enhancements to the product that could support their business.

  • Support the marketing team in sourcing customer advocates for the company.

  • Own the customer success processes.

    Find ways to enhance the process and make improvements or adjustments if necessary.

  • Be the internal voice of the customer and work with their best interests in mind.

Skills and Necessary qualifications:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a SaaS Customer Success Position

  • Previous experience in and a strong understanding of a SaaS Company.

  • Strong Presentation skills

  • Good time management and organisation skills

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Have a problem-solving mindset, the ability to think on your feet and a strategic way of thinking.

  • Be a natural at relationship building.

  • Good understanding of the customer lifecycle

  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
