We are recruiting for a full time Office Administrator to work 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri.

You will be part of a small and hardworking group. This is a long-term temporary role for a minimum of 6 months, at which will become a monthly rolling contract for a further 3 months (max 9 months term).

Training is provided.

21 Holidays.

Free On-Site parking.



Location of Administrator Role: Leeds



The successful administrator must be professional, have excellent administration and communication skills.

Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.

It would be a great advantage if successful candidates have previous experience in a customer service type environment in a service-led organisation.



Key Skills of the Administrator:



  • Have excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.

  • Have good administrative and organisational skills.

  • Be numerate, and computer literate.

  • Be highly motivated, able to manage and prioritise your workload.

  • Have good time management skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.



Responsibilities of the administrator role:




  • Good IT Skills- Word/Excell

  • Dealing with telephone and email inquiries.

  • Issuing drawings to various Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).

  • Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas, and taking minutes.

  • Arranging in-house and external events.

  • Supporting our design team, Directors, and our customers who are predominantly in the Construction Industry
