Training Delivery:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs tailored to factory operations.


• Implement engaging and effective instructional methods to enhance learning outcomes.

Safety Oversight:

• Conduct regular assessments to identify EHS training needs.


• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

• Regularly review and update training materials to align with evolving industry standards.


• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to enhancing overall safety performance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with production teams to integrate EHS practices seamlessly into daily operations.


• Foster a culture of safety awareness through regular communication and educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in delivering training in a factory or manufacturing setting.


• Knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Additional Information:

• This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
