We are currently seeking enthusiastic Manufacturing Operators to join our clients team.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll be working on a rotating 3-shift pattern (Earlies, Backs, and Nights) from Monday to Friday.

Hourly Rate:

You'll start at £14.16 per hour, and once you're trained and fully equipped with the necessary skills, your rate will increase to £15.04 per hour.

Plus, if you're eager to earn extra, there are increased rates for overtime work.

Job Requirements:

• Fast learner, able to grasp new skills quickly


• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work


• Proficient in following written and verbal instructions and procedures accurately


• Experience in a mechanical manufacturing environment with machine minding expertise


• Reliable, accountable, and open to continuous professional development as well as educated to GCSE level

This Manufacturing role is initially a temporary position, offering ongoing opportunities for the right candidates to secure a permanent position.
