Our client is a well-established law firm, delivering legal services to both private clients and business communities.

The Role:

As a Solicitor joining the Personal Injury Department, youll be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including RTAs, employers liability, and public liability claims.

Duties:



* Efficiently manage a diverse caseload


* Conduct work accurately and reliably in accordance with risk management procedures


* Stay updated on legal changes and developments


* Cultivate and sustain a network of contacts and referrers


Requirements



* Previously worked as a Solicitor, Fee Earner, Legal executive or in a similar role.


* Proven experience in Personal Injury Law


* Competency in handling a variety of claims, including RTAs


* Commitment to excellent client relationships and cost transparency
