2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Location: Tring, Hertfordshire

Salary: £35k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a renowned IT solutions provider for over 3 decades, serving local businesses, schools and charities.

The Role:

As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in reporting issues to maintain high service standards.

Necessary training will be privided, including in-house sessions and external courses.

Responsibilities:



* Maintain and monitor clients infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality.


* Serve as the primary contact for customer support.


* Swiftly diagnose reported issues to uphold a high level of service.


* Undertake diverse duties in IT service provision, including system setup and installation.


Requirements:



* Previously worked as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.


* Proven experience in a second-line support role.


* Familiarity with printers, including basic configuration, scan-to-folder, networking, and deployment.


* Skilled in Windows clients and servers, networking, Microsoft 365.


* Anti-virus and firewall experience.
