Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the employee journey, from recruitment and selection to onboarding, development, and retention, as well as offboarding processes.

• Act as the HR champion for the managers and key actors across the operations.
• Advise on employee relations and challenges at all levels of the organization.
• Ensure best practices at all times, follow legal compliance and policies, and maintain the balance between being a strategic business partner and employee champion.
• Implement Learning and Development processes
• Cover day-to-day HR activities (Organisational Design, Retention, Reward, and Employee Engagement, employee relations investigations, provide guidance and advice as well as coaching to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes)
• Reporting to General Manager
• Ensure a high level of internal communication.

The ideal candidate

• Fluent in English and Italian is a must
• Experience dealing with unions and syndicates
• Hospitality experience is highly desired
• Great communication skills
• Positive mindset
