Lettings Negotiator

Location: Middlesbrough / Yarm, North Yorkshire

Salary: £21k - £23k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Monday-Friday

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in sales, lettings, and property management.

The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be managing databases, arranging viewings, and posting properties for marketing.

Responsibilities:



* Handle online and phone enquiries promptly.


* Conduct tenant reference checks and contracts.


* Manage student check-ins/check-outs and deposits.


* Liaise between landlords, tenants, and guarantors.


* Build trust with clients, oversee repairs, and maintenance.


* Utilise social media for outreach and contribute to marketing efforts.


Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role.


* Minimum 1 year of lettings negotiation and sales experience.


* GCSE or equivalent qualification.


* Strong administrative and communication skills.


* Familiarity with CRM system would be preferred.


* Valid driving licence.
