About the Role:

As the Lead Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (OT) services within the hospice unit of this renowned private hospital.

Your responsibilities will include the management and daily operation of the therapy team, coordination of the inpatient unit, and providing clinical leadership.

You will deliver top-tier physio services to a complex patient caseload with specialized palliative care needs, showcasing exemplary clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Key Qualifications and Attributes:

• Hold a relevant BSc (Hons) degree and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).


• Demonstrate evidence of post-graduate professional development.


• Possess experience across various inpatient and rehabilitation specialties, such as oncology and respiratory.


• Bring a background in developing and leading therapy teams.


• Showcase specialized skills in assessing and treating patients with complex conditions.


• Provide evidence of robust clinical reasoning in autonomously managing complex patients.


• Have experience in palliative care.
