Private Client Fee Earner

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a private client fee earner to join a leading private client team in Leeds.

The role would suit a highly competent fee earner with upwards of 2 years experience handling their own mixed bag private client caseload to include wills, probate, tax and LPAs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and assistance to clients in matters related to wills, trusts, estate administration, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning.


• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring that all matters are progressed efficiently and effectively.


• Conduct client meetings, gather relevant information, and provide tailored solutions based on individual client needs.


• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other relevant documents.


• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and external parties, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records and documentation.


• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations that may impact private client matters.


• Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices.


• Contribute to the development and growth of the Private Client department through networking, business development, and maintaining strong client relationships.
