Job Opportunity: MSK Physiotherapist

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire

Salary: £46,000 per annum + CPD, private healthcare, and additional benefit

MediTalent is excited to facilitate the recruitment of an experienced MSK physiotherapist to join our esteemed client's team.

This role is ideal for a proficient individual at Band 6 level, adept at managing their caseload and contributing to the growth of both the department and junior team members.

While leadership experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory.

Requirements:

• HCPC registered, chartered physiotherapist.


• Familiarity with CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines, and their implications for practice.


• Minimum of 1 ½ years of MSK experience.


• Acupuncture skills would be advantageous, though not obligatory.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse clinical MSK caseload effectively.

• Actively support the implementation of national developments locally and provide guidance to junior staff.


• Demonstrate proficiency in referring to podiatry, APPs, or back to GPs when necessary.


• Collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary clinic.


• Exhibit strong knowledge and experience in applying safe, evidence-based techniques, assessments, and outcome measures in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.


• Possess expert musculoskeletal and manual handling skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to £46,000 per annum


• 33 days holiday per annum, increasing to 38 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
