We have an exciting opening with one of our clients.

The are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.

This sub-contractor's new division specialises in Cut & Carve and Structural Alterations, as a sub-contractor for many Tier 1 contractors in London.

They are looking for an Estimator with experience Estimating on Cut & Carve projects as well as Structural Alterations.

This is a permanent full-time role for the right person.

Skills and Requirements:

• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent


• 2+ years' experience as a estimating within a similar type of contractor


• Ideally previous experience working within Cut & Carve or Structural Alterations.


• Estimating experience within other sectors will also be considered.


• Review tender documents


• Pricing Cut & Carve, Shell & Core or Structural Alterations projects


• Producing bill of quantities


• Prepare the handover material and liaise with design and operations teams


• Liaising with clients and sub-contractors


• Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.


• Happy to undertake site visits when required.


• Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure
