Debt Recovery Paralegal

Our client, a leading law firm with offices in the heart of Newcastle, is looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Paralegal to join their leading debt recovery and insolvency team.

The role would suit a paralegal with upwards of 1 years' debt recovery or insolvency experience, gained within a reputable local firm.

Debt or insolvency experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting fee earners on a caseload relating to commercial debt recovery and insolvency work.


• Drafting correspondence and legal documentation.


• Negotiating settlement and payment plans.


• Preparing files for litigation.


• Preparing instructions to counsel and trial bundles.


• Adhering to court direction and dealing with post judgment formalities.

Salary to £25,000.
