Job Title: Construction Solicitor (4-6 PQE)

A prestigious law firm situated in the vibrant West End of London is currently seeking a talented and experienced Construction Solicitor with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their esteemed team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients within the construction industry, including developers, contractors, and subcontractors, on a wide range of construction-related matters.
- Lead complex construction projects from inception to completion, advising on contract negotiations, risk management, and dispute resolution strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated construction contracts, agreements, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Actively manage construction disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on intricate construction law issues, keeping abreast of regulatory developments and case law precedents.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, strategic advice, and exemplary service delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 4-6 years of PQE in construction law, demonstrating a track record of successful project management and dispute resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of construction law principles, regulations, and industry best practices, with a genuine passion for the field and a commitment to excellence.
- Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing a caseload of construction matters independently, with a focus on delivering high-quality, commercially sound advice.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities, with the capacity to mentor junior colleagues and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Previous experience in a reputable law firm or construction-related organization is highly advantageous.
