Construction and Engineering Solicitor

This clients Construction, Engineering and Projects Team have a broad and varied spread of interesting and demanding projects.

They act for clients based in the North East, the UK and overseas including a range of investors and funders, developers, contractors, consultants and sub-contractors.

They are looking for an experienced Construction and Engineering Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their successful team.

They are ideally looking for someone with experience in dealing with high value and often complex construction and engineering projects with a broad knowledge and understanding of standard industry contracts and all aspects of non-contentious construction practice.

The right candidate will have experience of managing or assisting in the management of junior fee-earners and their supervision with a real interest in business development and ambition to grow an already established and successful team.

They would equally be interested in someone with a blend of contentious and non-contentious experience or an exclusively contentious lawyer with a client following.
