Food & Beverage Manager - Hotel

Compensation: $40k-$45k USD – paid in pasos + Bonus + Benefits + Relocations Assistance + Permit

Location: Mexico City

Set in the heart of Mexico City, my client is an esteemed hotel offering luxury and sophistication.

 If you are a seasoned F&B pro with a knack for leadership, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make your mark in one of the city's most dynamic culinary landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, while maintaining cost control measures
• Lead and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to create innovative menus and offerings that exceed guest expectations

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel
• Bilingual; Spanish & English – native or conversational
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management
