Our client is - Bar and Restaurant Specialists who are looking for an experienced Head of Bars to take the lead on all Bar Operations for all their sites.

It’s a VERY hands-on role and you will be expected to help out on all sites including evenings and nights.  The successful candidate must have experience working within a multi-faceted or complex site, have a hands-on approach and proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an ambitious individual with bags of personality and amazing customer service skills! Experience within high-volume bars is a MUST!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively to ensure operations are running smoothly
• Drive the implementation of new and innovative strategies
• Establish and maintain high standard of staff performance and exceptional customer service
• Communicate changes in processes to all relevant teams
• Ensuring on site budget targets are being met
• Perform quality controls and monitor team KPI’s & performance
• Oversight of recruitment & staffing procedures
• Oversight of drink menus
• To control the financial performance of the business

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in a multi-site or multi-faceted operation
• Experience working within a high-volume wet-led venue
• A strong leader, confident managing large teams
• P&L and revenue management
• Lots of personality and charisma
• Passionate about customer service
