Well-established, multi-sector law firm looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team based in Bury.

About the role

Within this Civil Litigation Solicitor role, you will be working on both civil and property litigation matters.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of civil, property (and occasional insolvency) litigation cases, including general litigation, landlord and tenant and possession proceedings


• Assisting other members of the team when necessary


• Taking part in Business Development Initiatives


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships


• Assisting clients on all queries and liaising with them throughout the process via email, telephone and face-to-face

About you

The successful candidate for this Litigation Solicitor role will ideally have 1-3 years PQE within a similar position, is able to work as part of a busy team and has fantastic organisation and communication skills.
