As a Maintenance Manager at a leading manufacturing company, you'll oversee a team of 16 engineers in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

This hands-on leadership role combines strategic planning with operational execution, driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across the site.

  Strong electrical bias with technical knowledge of PLCs

  Proven experience in managing engineering teams in FMCG or heavy manufacturing

  Experience managing CAPEX projects and engineering budgets

  Background in plant machinery maintenance

  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  Proficiency in PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi)

  Familiarity with lean methodologies and CI projects
