The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of residential property transactions. Working closely with experienced conveyancers, you'll assist in managing files from instruction to completion, liaising with clients, agents, and other third parties to ensure every stage is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation, management, and progression of residential conveyancing files.


• Handling both sales and purchase matters with accuracy and attention to detail.


• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to move transactions forward.


• Providing excellent client care at all times.

About you

You will be a motivated and detail-focused individual with:

• Proven experience as a Conveyancing Assistant.


• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
