We are currently looking for Lead .NET Developers to join their team on a full remote, freelance basis for 6 months contracts with extensions available.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Lead ASP.NET MVC Developer


• Experience with .NET Core 6, C#, Terraform, Azure DevOps


• Experience with cloud based platform Azure


• Experience working within a consultative environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and direction to a team of .NET developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.


• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, and delivery of .NET-based projects.


• Lead the design and architecture of .NET applications, making decisions on frameworks, libraries, and overall system structure to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.


• Provide guidance and solutions for complex technical issues, debugging problems, and optimizing performance bottlenecks within .NET applications.
