Cladding Operations Manager

We are seeking a Cladding Operations Manager to oversee project delivery across the business.

This senior role requires strong leadership, with Contracts Managers reporting directly into you.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between site operations and senior leadership, with a clear progression path towards Operations Director.



Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Office-based 08:00 - 17:00 (30 min lunch).

Flexibility required for site visits.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000
Package: Company car/allowance available, annual staff incentive scheme, pension, and company credit card for business costs
Office Location: East Sussex (attendance required weekly), sites across South East & London

Duties include:



  • Overseeing all live projects, with Contracts Managers reporting into you

  • Providing leadership, support, and strategic direction to project delivery teams

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring standards, programme, and budgets are maintained

  • Bridging the gap between Contracts Managers and senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication

  • Attending management meetings and contributing to operational decision-making

  • Driving improvements in processes, efficiency, and overall project delivery

  • Preparing to step into the role of Operations Director, taking ownership of all site operations in future




Requirements:



  • Extensive experience within cladding/façades at management level

  • Proven ability to oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, NVQ Level 6 (preferred)

  • Full UK driving licence required
