What you’ll be doing:

- Setting and operating CNC sliding head lathes (training provided if you’re new to them)
- Producing small, accurate parts to tight tolerances and making sure they match the drawings
- Checking your work with standard inspection equipment
- Keeping on top of production schedules while maintaining high standards
- Flagging any issues with machines or materials quickly so things keep running smoothly

What you’ll need:

- Experience as a CNC Turner (sliding head experience is great, but not essential)
- Confidence working to tight tolerances and reading engineering drawings
- A methodical, accurate approach and pride in producing top-quality parts
- Willingness to learn new machines and techniques if you’re stepping into sliding heads
