Digital Communications Specialist - 3 month contract

The role


This short term contract role will play a key role within the wider marketing team with a focus to implement the digital marketing strategy and execution for all owned, paid and earnt digital media.

This role is based in the Sydney CBD with 3 days in the office.



Key Accountabilities



  • Drive sales, profit and consumer experience metrics via digital and direct marketing (eDM&DM) planning and execution

  • Manage the production, delivery and update of digital communications for the business including website/microsites, social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) and the Intranet site;

  • Manage the development and delivery of annual/quarterly digital marketing plans, strategy and Go To Market programs

  • To provide support to the Marketing team as required to deliver marketing communications - including planning, content creation, distribution and execution for all owned, paid and earnt media and events;

  • Manage the production and delivery of digital advertising communications, managing Paid & Organic Digital Advertising to drive lead generation including SEO, SEM, organic and paid social strategies.



To be successful in this role you will have:



  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience working a similar role within a corporate environment (financial services preferred)

  • CRM experience (including Salesforce lead management & Marketing Cloud)

  • Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms

  • SEO & Google Analytics experience
