The Role:

An independent and much-loved bar group is heading to Manchester, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and entrepreneurial GeneralManager to lead the opening of this brand-new venue.

This is a fun, vibrant, and high-energy concept, known for creative cocktails, great vibes, and unforgettable guest experiences.

As the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in launching and growing this exciting new site, bringing your leadership, creativity, and high-volume bar experience to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in cocktail bars and late-night operations
• Proven experience running high-volume venues
• A true passion for guest experience and team culture
• Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who thrives on building something new
• Confident with P&L, team management, and driving performance
