We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets.

Job Responsibilities

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will include:




  • Supporting children with additional needs to access the curriculum




  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing




  • Assisting the class teacher with planning and preparation




  • Encouraging independence and social development in pupils




  • Working closely with staff and parents to ensure consistent support




Qualifications/Experience

To be considered for this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will need:




  • Relevant experience working with children with SEND




  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service




  • Right to work in the UK
