ServiceNow Process Architect - Order Managment

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Process Architect to join our client’s team in the UAE.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who has played a key role in a ServiceNow Order Management (OM) implementation and can bring both technical understanding and process expertise to large-scale digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and optimisation of business processes aligned with ServiceNow capabilities, with a particular focus on Order Management.

- Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into best-practice ServiceNow solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Define and implement process frameworks, governance models, and operating procedures across the ServiceNow platform.

- Provide architectural guidance during implementation, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with industry standards.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ServiceNow developers, and delivery partners.

- Support testing, training, and adoption activities to ensure smooth deployment of new processes.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Process Architect, with hands-on involvement in a ServiceNow Order Management implementation.

- Strong understanding of ITIL, service management, and order-to-cash processes.

- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in complex enterprise environments, preferably in the UAE or wider Middle East region.

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-Order Management, ITSM) are highly desirable.
