About the Role

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house team at a new fine dining opening in Naples, Florida.

You’ll oversee daily service, train staff, and ensure every guest has a seamless, memorable dining experience.

• Experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in fine dining
• Strong leadership and staff training skills
• Confident in guest relations and problem-solving
• Organised and detail-focused with a calm approach under pressure
• A passion for high-level hospitality
