Take on the role of Senior Project Manager with a rapidly growing main contractor delivering major projects across the data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial and mission-critical construction sectors.

This position offers a clear route into senior management and the chance to take ownership of high-value builds that define industry standards.

Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will be a key part of the leadership team, driving both operational delivery and client engagement.

This role is perfect for someone with proven experience managing large-scale steel frame builds and full fit-outs.

The priority is someone who has successfully led big-ticket industrial or mission-critical projects from steel frame erection through to complete fit-out.

Your Role as a Senior Project Manager Will Include:

* Overseeing the full lifecycle of CSA works with an emphasis on steel frame structures and fit-out delivery


* Establishing risk and opportunity management systems, including early warning procedures


* Client liaison, ensuring needs and expectations are understood and delivered against


* Leading subcontractors and technical teams across structured, high-value builds

As a Senior Project Manager, You Will Have:

* A strong background in CSA construction with a focus on steel frame buildings and fit-outs


* Demonstrated success on complex commercial, industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical or mission-critical projects


* Experience leading projects within structured, fast-paced contractor environments


* Willingness to travel/stay away (fully expensed) and ability to be site-present in Devon 5 x a week
