A prestigious private members club in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join its growing culinary team.
The property features multiple kitchens and offers a refined, high-end dining experience across a variety of cuisines.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to execute and develop seasonal menus, maintain high standards in preparation and presentation, and support daily pastry operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pastry professional with leadership experience in fine dining who is looking to grow within a chef-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in fine dining pastry
- NYC Food Protection Certificate
- Strong technical skills and creative mindset
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
