Our client, a fast-growing hospitality business in the UK – (Award winning), is seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee one of their key brands in the UK.

This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute leader who has operated at a senior level in the restaurant sector and is ready to make a significant impact.

MUST be OD level and lead Area Managers to apply & come from hospitality

Location: London-based (commutable distance acceptable)
Business type: restaurant operations

About the role:

• Lead and oversee operations as the business aims to triple in size over the next five years
• Report directly to the board and work closely with the founders
• Assist with funding, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure operational excellence
• Act as a hands-on leader, working across all areas of the business and leading from the front

Who we’re looking for:

• Senior operations experience in restaurants, understanding the business from the ground up
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and adaptable to change
• Proven track record in branded and independent operations, ideally in quality-driven, forward-thinking environments
• Strong passion for brand, guest experience, food, and wine
• Experience in businesses with revenues around £40 million
• Commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of driving change across the organisation
• Ambitious but reliable and loyal, with a CV that demonstrates stability and progression
