Who We’re Looking For:
 We are seeking an experienced leader from a high-volume Grab & Go or QSR background, who thrives in a fast-paced food-led environment.
You will have a proven track record in:
- Operational excellence and efficiency
- Building, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences consistently
- Managing budgets and operational performance
You will be passionate about food, people, and delivering excellence, and will relish the opportunity to make a real impact on a brand with a loyal following.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and customer service
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and engaged team
- Monitor and control operational costs and budgets
- Drive initiatives that enhance staff and customer satisfaction
- Champion a positive, people-first culture
