The role:

• Be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting all things HR and people operations.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and employee wellbeing.
• Partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Implement scalable HR processes that grow with the business, while keeping the startup soul intact.
• Foster an inclusive, vibrant, and supportive work environment where everyone can thrive.

Experience:

• Proven experience in HR, People Operations, or as a People Partner, ideally in a startup or fast growing business.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
• A hands on, proactive, and flexible approach - no task is too small!
• Passion for wellness, wellbeing, and creating a people first culture.
• Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
