We’re working with an ambitious, fast-growing restaurant business that’s set for major expansion across 2026 and 2027.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, food-led operator to join at a pivotal stage of growth and help shape the future of the brand.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial, unbranded environments a leader who’s passionate about great food, exceptional service, and building strong teams.

You’ll oversee operations across the current portfolio, drive performance, and play a key role in the company’s strategic development as new openings roll out.

This is a senior role where Head Office reports directly to you, so you’ll need to demonstrate this capability during the interview stage.

As all sites are unbranded, experience within unbranded, food-led operations is essential.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a senior operations role (Head of Ops or strong Ops/Area Director level)
• Background from a quality, food-led, unbranded business
• Based in London or within easy reach
• A leader who can balance strategy and day-to-day operational excellence
• Experience in developing teams and managing Area Managers
• Hands-on approach with a track record of driving growth and standards
• New openings and expansion experience highly desirable
