ServiceNow Process Architect

A leading ServiceNow partner in the UAE is hiring an experienced Process Architect to support their continued growth across major enterprise transformation programmes.

You will take full ownership of business process design, map current state, define future state, and optimise processes to drive measurable value through the ServiceNow platform.



This is a strategic position working close to leadership, solution architecture, and delivery teams.

They want someone who can guide customers, challenge assumptions, and ensure the future Target Operating Model is aligned to platform capability and business outcomes.

Experience required

• Strong background in business process design and optimisation
• Experience leading workshops and defining the Target Operating Model
• Broad ServiceNow workflow understanding across ITSM, CSM, SPM, HR, IRM / SecOps etc
• Ability to influence stakeholders and bring clarity to complex environments
• Consulting background is preferred
