We’re hiring a Executive Chef for a elevated Italian Concept.

With a focus on scratch cookery and creativity this is an exciting opportunity to join a concept where menu changes are frequent and imagination encouraged!

Requirements:


  • Proven, progressive leadership experience.

    Previously held a CDC or Executive Chef level position
  • Strong technical foundation in butchery, pasta, and menu innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with excellent attention to detail
  • Creative - ideally worked in a restaurant where menu development was fequent
  • Strong financial literacy 
  • Passion for hospitality, learning, and growth
