What You’ll Do:
As the Assistant F&B Director, you will support the senior leadership team in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

You will lead, mentor, and inspire front-of-house teams, ensuring consistent excellence and fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and professionalism.

This role provides both strategic influence and hands-on leadership in a luxury environment, offering the chance to shape service culture, drive team development, and oversee daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of world-class service standards and luxury guest expectations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
• Strong leadership presence, coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in staff hiring, scheduling, and development of multi-level front-of-house teams
