The Role: CNC Milling Programmer
- Set, operate and program CNC 3/4-axis Milling Machines
- Online program editing and programming from scratch CAD CAM ESPRIT software
- Adjusting offsets and making adjustments within programs
- Working on Fanuc-based controls
- Working from drawings
- Quality control of components
- Maintaining machinery, removing swarf and routine oiling/greasing etc
- Carry out any other duties as required and deemed appropriate

- Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity, including lubrication, coolant, cleaning and tool replacement
- Assist with work scheduling
- Ensure correct hygiene standards are adhered to for own work and surrounding areas
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in CNC XYZ Machining (Milling essential)
- XYZ Programming and interpreting CNC software
- Experience of working on ProtoTRAK or Siemens 828D Controls
